Gregg Kavet
Gregg Kavet (born 1969) is an American writer and director known for his work on the NBC sitcom Seinfeld. Alongside collaborator Andy Robin, Kavet wrote and directed episodes such as 'The Jimmy', 'The Hot Tub', 'The Caddy', and 'The Bottle Deposit'. Their episode 'The Fatigues' won the 1997 Writers Guild of America Award for Best Television Comedy. Kavet and Robin also co-wrote and directed the independent film Live Free or Die, which won the Jury Prize for Best Narrative at the 2006 South By Southwest Film Festival. Additionally, they authored the humorous guidebook Saving Face in 2005. Kavet grew up in Wayland, Massachusetts, and attended Wayland High School and Harvard University. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
