Gregg Turkington

Gregg Turkington (born November 25, 1967) is an American entertainer, actor, musician, and writer. He gained recognition for his performances as Neil Hamburger, a stand-up comedian persona he created in the 1990s. Turkington stars as a fictionalized version of himself alongside Tim Heidecker on the comedic web series On Cinema (2011–). He was also a member of the band Zip Code Rapists and has collaborated with musicians like Trey Spruance. In the '90s, Turkington founded Amarillo Records, an independent label that released his own albums and works from San Francisco punk scene artists. He appeared as a variant of the Neil Hamburger character in the 2015 drama film Entertainment. Turkington has also contributed as a voice actor on the Disney XD series Gravity Falls.
