Gregory Martin Itzin (April 20, 1948 – July 8, 2022) was an American character actor known for his roles in film and television. He gained recognition for his portrayal of U.S. President Charles Logan in the action thriller series 24. Born in Washington, D.C., Itzin moved to Burlington, Wisconsin, during his childhood. He trained at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, pursuing a career in theater acting. Itzin made appearances in numerous television shows, including a guest role on MacGyver and a small role in The A-Team. He also received a Tony Award nomination for his performance in The Kentucky Cycle. In 2005, Itzin joined the cast of 24, earning acclaim for his portrayal of President Charles Logan.
