Guy Savoy

Guy Patrice Savoy (born 24 July 1953) is a renowned French chef and the owner of the Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris, as well as its sister restaurant in Las Vegas. He is known for his exceptional culinary skills and has earned multiple Michelin stars for his restaurants. Born in Nevers, France, Savoy began his culinary journey with a three-year apprenticeship with the Troisgros brothers. Over the years, he gained valuable experience at various prestigious restaurants before opening his own restaurant in New York. In 1980, he opened his renowned restaurant on rue Duret in Paris, which received two Michelin stars in 1985 and a third in 2002. Savoy's culinary expertise has earned him global recognition, with his restaurant being named the Best Restaurant in the World by La Liste in multiple years. He is married to Danielle Savoy and has two children, Caroline and Franck.
