Guy Sprung
Guy Sprung is a film and theatre director born in Ottawa in 1947. He is well-known for his work as the artistic director of Infinitheatre for 22 years, a role he retired from in March 2021. In 1972, Sprung co-founded Half Moon Theatre in London, England and served as its first Artistic Director. Prior to that, he worked as an assistant director at the Schiller Theater in Berlin. Sprung has directed numerous productions, including In the Jungle of the Cities, Will Wat, If Not, What Will?, Fall In and Follow Me, Get Off My Back, Ripper!, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. He has also directed community productions such as Spare Us a Copper and Driving Us Up the Wall.
