Hailey Kilgore

Hailey Frances Kilgore is an American actress and singer, best known for her breakthrough role as Ti Moune in the Broadway revival of the musical Once on This Island. Born on February 16, 1999, in Humble, Texas, Kilgore was adopted at birth by Rebecca and Eric Kilgore of Portland, Oregon. She began competing in pageants at the age of 9 and won several titles, including National American Miss Oregon Pre-Teen in 2012 and Miss Oregon's Outstanding Teen in 2015. Kilgore attended Clackamas High School before transferring to the Clackamas Web Academy, where she graduated a year early. At the age of 19, she received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical, making her one of the youngest nominees in the category.
