Hallie Todd

Hallie Todd (born January 7, 1962) is an American actress known for her roles in various television shows and movies. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Penny Waters in the comedy series Brothers, and as Jo McGuire in the popular teen show Lizzie McGuire. Todd also appeared in the mystery series Murder, She Wrote as Rhoda Markowitz. Throughout her career, she made guest appearances on several television shows including The Golden Girls, Highway to Heaven, Malcolm in the Middle, and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. Todd is the daughter of actress Ann Morgan Guilbert and writer/producer George Eckstein. She attended Palisades Charter High School and the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts.
