Hannibal Buress

Hannibal Amir Buress is an American comedian, actor, rapper, producer, and writer. He began his comedy career in 2002 while studying at Southern Illinois University. Buress gained recognition for his role on Adult Swim's The Eric Andre Show from 2012 to 2020 and his appearances on Comedy Central's Broad City from 2014 to 2019. Born on February 4, 1983, in Chicago, Illinois, he is the son of Margaret Buress, a teacher, and John Buress, a Union Pacific Railroad employee. Buress is known for his stand-up routine on October 16, 2014, which brought attention to the sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby. He has achieved widespread acclaim for his work.
