Happy Anderson

Happy Anderson (born November 19, 1976) is an American actor known for his work in film, television, and on and off Broadway. He gained recognition for his roles as Mr. James 'Jimmy' Fester on Cinemax's The Knick and as Jerry Brudos on the Netflix series Mindhunter. Anderson has also appeared in Netflix films Bird Box as River Man and Bright as Montehugh, an FBI agent in the magic division. He was born in High Falls, New York and attended Rondout Valley High School. Anderson received a bachelor of fine arts degree from Ithaca College and a master's of fine arts from Indiana University Bloomington. He has performed in various theater productions, including the Creede Repertory Theatre, Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Texas Shakespeare Festival, and Emancipation in 2008.
