Harriet Cains

Harriet Cains (born 17 September 1993) is an English actress known for her roles in In the Flesh and Bridgerton. She hails from Nottingham and received acting training at the Television Workshop. Cains began her career with short film roles and a role in Hollyoaks Later. In 2013, she was cast as Jem Walker in In the Flesh, for which she researched post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety to portray her character realistically. Other notable roles include Louisa Blackwell in Safe House, Lizzie Hallum in Vera, and Jade Hopkirk in Line of Duty. Cains has proven herself as a versatile actress in both television and film.
