Harriet Sansom Harris (born January 8, 1955) is an American actress known for her theater performances and her portrayals of Bebe Glazer on Frasier and Felicia Tilman on Desperate Housewives. She won a Tony Award in 2002 for her performance in Thoroughly Modern Millie. Harris has also appeared in various films, including Memento, Addams Family Values, Nurse Betty, and Phantom Thread. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, she attended Arlington Heights High School and Fort Worth Country Day School. Harris graduated from the Juilliard School's Drama Division, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She has had a successful career in both theater and television, showcasing her versatile acting abilities.
