Harsh Nayyar Biography
Harsh Nayyar is an actor known for his work in movies and theatre. Born in New Delhi, Nayyar has a diverse acting career spanning several decades. In April 1973, he took on the role of Dracula in a Thompson Theatre production in Raleigh, NC, showcasing his talent as a student. He has also appeared in various theatre productions, including the original cast of A Meeting by the River on Broadway in 1979, where he played a photographer. More recently, in 2018, Nayyar portrayed a representative of the local Muslim community in An Ordinary Muslim off-Broadway. His versatility as an actor is evident in his performances, such as playing an eloquently sorrowful Esperanto poet in Journey of a Lifetime and portraying Mr. Begg with palpable anger and sorrow in Guantanamo: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom.
