Haskell V. Anderson III Biography
Haskell V. Anderson III (born November 26, 1943) is an American film, television, and theater actor. He gained recognition for his role in the 1989 martial arts film Kickboxer, as well as his appearance in the 1976 film Brotherhood of Death and the 2007 independent feature Boy and Dog. Anderson's stage career includes performances in Tracers, both in New England and Australia, and Lions, where he portrayed the character Bisquit. He received the NAACP Image Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Rounds by Sean Michael Rice. Anderson is also a company member of the Pacific Resident Theatre in Los Angeles. In addition, he was involved with the L.A. Rebellion black film movement at UCLA in the early 1980s, appearing in shorts by S. Torriano Berry.
