Heather Lee Mitchell (born 1958) is an Australian actress known for her roles in stage, television, and film productions. She graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and gained recognition for her leading role in the popular 1990s television show Spellbinder. Internationally, Mitchell is renowned for her performance as Ashka in the Australian/Polish co-productions of Spellbinder and Spellbinder: Land of the Dragon Lord. Throughout her career, she has appeared in various television series such as Bodyline, Land of Hope, Embassy, A Country Practice, Five Mile Creek, Rake, Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, and Ms Fisher's Modern Murder Mysteries. In 2021, she portrayed Birdie in The Unusual Suspects.
