Heidi Schreck (born September 26, 1971) is an American playwright, screenwriter, and actress. She gained recognition for her play What the Constitution Means to Me, which was a finalist for the 2019 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and Tony Awards for Best Play and Best Actress in a Play. Schreck attended the University of Oregon before working as an English teacher in Siberia and a journalist in St. Petersburg, Russia. She then began her career as an actress and writer in Seattle, Washington. Schreck's notable works include Creature, There Are No More Big Secrets, The Consultant, and Grand Concourse. She has also written episodes for TV shows like I Love Dick, Nurse Jackie, and Billions.
