Hildy Brooks, born Hilda Brawner, is an actress known for her work on Broadway and television. She began her career in the late 1950s, appearing in various Broadway productions. Notably, she worked with director Elia Kazan in Tennessee Williams' play Sweet Bird of Youth. In 1961, she made her television debut with an episode of Route 66 and appeared in the movie One Plus One. Throughout the 1960s, Brooks appeared in multiple TV shows, including The Guiding Light, The Nurses, and Naked City. In 1972, she portrayed Eleanor Jordan on The Bold Ones: The New Doctors. Brooks continued to make guest appearances on television throughout the 1970s, 1980s, and beyond.
