Hilton McRae

Hilton McRae is a Scottish actor known for his work in theatre, television, and film. He was born on December 28, 1949. McRae began his career with the radical theatre group 7:84 and later joined the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1977. He has primarily focused on avant-garde and political theatre throughout his career. In American cinema, he had a notable role as rebel star-pilot Arvel Crynyd (Green Leader) in Return of the Jedi, although uncredited. In the UK, he appeared in prominent films such as The French Lieutenant's Woman and Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan. McRae has also showcased his talent in various musicals on the London stage, including Mamma Mia! and Miss Saigon, where he portrayed The Engineer.
