Holland Roden

Holland Roden is an American actress known for her roles in various TV shows and films. She gained popularity for her portrayal of Lydia Martin in MTV's Teen Wolf and Zoe Woods in Syfy's Channel Zero: Butcher's Block. In addition, she played Bridget Cleary in Amazon Prime Video's horror anthology series Lore and Erin Isaacs in the horror film No Escape. Roden was born in Dallas, Texas and attended Hockaday School. Initially, she pursued a career in medicine, majoring in molecular biology and women's studies at UCLA. However, she decided to pursue acting full time and has since appeared in various TV shows including Lost, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Grey's Anatomy.
