Holly Humberstone is an English singer-songwriter from Grantham, England. Born on December 17, 1999, she signed a recording contract with Interscope and Polydor Records in 2021. Her debut EP, 'The Walls Are Way Too Thin,' was released in November 2021. Humberstone won the Brit Award for Rising Star at the 2022 Brit Awards. She is set to release her debut album, 'Paint My Bedroom Black,' in October 2023. Growing up in rural Lincolnshire, she began writing songs at a young age. Humberstone, who studied at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, was a former violinist for the Lincolnshire Youth Symphony Orchestra and was discovered while performing on her local BBC Music Introducing radio show.
