Hugh J Sachs is an English actor born on February 25, 1964. He gained popularity for his role as Gavin Ramsbottom in the ITV sitcom Benidorm and as the older Brimsley in Bridgerton and Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story. Sachs has made appearances in various television shows such as Aristocrats, Foyle's War, Midsomer Murders, The Catherine Tate Show, My Family, and Footballers' Wives. He has also appeared in films including The Libertine, Like Minds, Love, Honour and Obey, and Mad Dogs and Englishmen. In addition, Sachs has been involved in theater productions, such as Victoria Wood's Housewife, 49 and One Man, Two Guvnors at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket. He is also a board member of The Theatrical Guild.
