Hugh Skinner Biography
Hugh William Skinner (born 6 January 1985) is a British actor known for his work in sitcoms and musical films. He rose to fame for his roles in the sitcoms W1A (2014–2017) and The Windsors (2016–2020). Skinner has also appeared in musical films such as Les Misérables (2012) and Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (2018). Born in London, Skinner grew up in London and Tunbridge Wells and attended Eastbourne College. He graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2006. Skinner's first professional acting role was in the English Touring Theatre's 2007 production of French Without Tears. He has also played supporting roles in the BBC series Tess of the d'Urbervilles and Any Human Heart. Skinner's notable film appearance includes the role of Joly in the 2012 film adaptation of Les Misérables.
