Ice-T

Tracy Lauren Marrow, better known as Ice-T, is an American rapper, songwriter, actor, and producer. Born on February 16, 1958, he gained popularity in the 1980s as an underground rapper and signed with Sire Records in 1987. Ice-T released his debut album, 'Rhyme Pays,' which was followed by the platinum-selling album 'Power' in 1988. Alongside his successful music career, Ice-T co-founded the heavy metal band Body Count and introduced them on his 1991 rap album 'O.G. Original Gangster.' He also encountered controversy for the track 'Cop Killer.' Ice-T has appeared in numerous films and television shows, including 'New Jack City,' 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,' and 'Tank Girl.'
