Igor Jijikine

Igor Jijikine is a Russian-American actor known for his work in Los Angeles and Moscow. Born in Moscow, Jijikine studied drama and acrobatics from 1983 to 1988. He also served in the Soviet Special Forces unit Spetznaz from 1982 to 1984. Jijikine has performed on stage with renowned productions such as the Moscow State Circus, Donn Arden's 'Jubilee,' and Cirque du Soleil's 'Mystere' in Las Vegas. He has worked with esteemed directors like Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood, and J. J. Abrams, and has appeared in numerous commercial spots for major brands. Notably, he portrayed Colonel Dovchenko, the ruthless leader of the Soviet commando team, in Steven Spielberg's 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.'
