Ingar Helge Gimle

Ingar Helge Gimle (born September 28, 1956) is a Norwegian actor known for his work in both stage and screen. He was born in Oslo, Norway, and made his stage debut at Trøndelag Teater in 1985. He has been employed at Oslo Nye Teater since 1989 and the National Theatre of Norway since 1996. Gimle has received several awards for his stage acting, including the Komiprisen in 2009 and the Hedda Award in 2013. He has also been recognized for his screen performances and has won Amanda Awards in 1999, 2010, and 2018. Some of his notable film and TV appearances include 'Ti kniver i hjertet' (1994), 'Hotel Cæsar' (1998), 'Tatt av Kvinnen' (2007), and 'Dawn' (2014).
