Ingrid Oliver (born 25 February 1977) is a German-born British actress and comedian. She gained recognition as one half of the comic double act Watson & Oliver. Oliver is best known for her role as Petronella Osgood in the popular BBC television series Doctor Who. She attended Tiffin Girls' School in Kingston upon Thames and later studied Modern Languages at New College, Oxford. Oliver has appeared in various radio and television programs, including Doc Martin and Peep Show. Additionally, she has performed in sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Oliver also appeared in the film Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging as Miss Stamp.
