Isabella Hofmann

Isabella Hofmann is an American actress known for her roles in various television shows and movies. Born on December 11, 1958, in Chicago, she attended East Troy High School in Wisconsin and Columbia College Chicago. Hofmann started her career in television in 1986 after performing with the comedy troupe The Second City. She is best known for her portrayal of Kate in the sitcom Dear John (1988–1992), Megan Russert in Homicide: Life on the Street (1994–1997), and Dr. Renee Dunseith in Providence (2001–2002). Hofmann has also appeared in movies such as Tripwire (1990) and Renaissance Man (1994). She has made guest appearances on popular TV shows like Criminal Minds and NCIS.
