Issei Futamata Biography
Issei Futamata is a Japanese voice actor and narrator hailing from Misawa, Aomori. He is widely recognized for his roles in various anime series, including Skullomania in Street Fighter EX and Fighting EX Layer, Yusaku Godai in Maison Ikkoku, Chibi in Urusei Yatsura, Kiyoshi Shusse in High School! Kimengumi, Kinkotsuman in Kinnikuman, and Saburou in Sazae-san. Futamata has worked extensively with renowned manga artist Rumiko Takahashi, voicing characters in Maison Ikkoku, Urusei Yatsura, Ranma ½, and Inuyasha. He married voice actress Tomoka Kiriyama in 2013, and they welcomed their first child in 2014. Futamata began his career after attending a vocational school for DJs and is known for his distinctive voice and versatile acting skills.
