Jack Nance Biography
Jack Nance (1943-1996) was an American actor known for his collaboration with filmmaker David Lynch. Nance starred in Lynch's directorial debut, Eraserhead (1977), and continued to work with him throughout his career. He appeared as a series regular on the ABC mystery drama Twin Peaks (1990-1991). Born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Dallas, Texas, Nance attended North Texas State University before pursuing acting. He joined the Dallas Theater Center and later moved to California, where he worked with the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. Nance's talent and success led him to a fruitful career in film and television, making notable contributions to the world of entertainment.
