Jackie Earle Haley

Jackie Earle Haley is an American actor and director, born on July 14, 1961. He began his career with roles in films such as Breaking Away (1979) and The Bad News Bears series (1976-1978). After a break, he returned to acting with a supporting role in All the King's Men (2006) and received critical acclaim for his performance in Little Children (2006), earning him an Academy Award nomination. Notable roles include Rorschach in Watchmen (2009), Freddy Krueger in A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), and Grewishka in Alita: Battle Angel (2019). He has also appeared in TV shows like Preacher (2016) and The Tick (2016-2018). Haley was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.
