Jai Rodriguez

Jai Rodriguez is an American actor, musician, and author. He gained recognition as the culture guide on the Bravo network's Emmy-winning reality television show, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Born to a Puerto Rican and Italian descent, Rodriguez started performing with gospel choirs at the age of eleven. He studied musical theater at the Boces Cultural Art Center in New York and attended Smithtown Christian School and Smithtown High School. He is openly gay and has become an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. In addition to his television work, Rodriguez has appeared in stage productions such as Rent and Zanna, Don't! He is also a co-author of a book with the other Queer Eye hosts.
