Jaida Essence Hall

Jaida Essence Hall, born Jared Johnson on December 9, 1986, is an American drag queen and reality television personality. She gained fame after winning the twelfth season of RuPaul's Drag Race and later participating in the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars. Since her season aired in 2020, Hall has become a prominent figure in various domestic and international drag tours, including Werq the World, A Drag Queen Christmas, and Drive 'N Drag. In October 2020, she was featured in Rihanna's Savage X Fenty Fashion Show Vol. 2. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Hall is the third contestant from the city to compete on RuPaul's Drag Race and the second winner. She draws inspiration from Milwaukee's vibrant drag community and its diverse styles, including country drag performances at Hamburger Mary's.
