Jaimie Lauren Alexander, born Jaimie Lauren Tarbush on March 12, 1984, is an American actress known for her roles in various TV shows and films. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Jessi on the TV series Kyle XY and Lady Sif in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, including Thor (2011), Thor: The Dark World (2013), and Thor: Love and Thunder (2022). Alexander also appeared in the television series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013–2020) and the Disney+ series Loki (2021). From 2015 to 2020, she starred in the NBC series Blindspot. Born in Greenville, South Carolina, Alexander moved to Grapevine, Texas, at the age of four. She discovered her passion for acting in grade school and began her career in the entertainment industry at a young age.
