James Hazeldine Biography
James Anthony Hazeldine (4 April 1947 – 17 December 2002) was a British television, stage and film actor and director. Born in Salford, Lancashire, Hazeldine grew up on a council estate and developed a passion for the films of director Elia Kazan. Inspired, he pursued a career in acting and stage management, starting with small roles at Salford Repertory and later at Liverpool Playhouse, Newcastle Playhouse, and Manchester Library Theatre. At the age of 20, he made his London debut at the Royal Court Theatre. Hazeldine appeared in numerous television shows and films, showcasing his talent and versatility as an actor. He passed away in 2002, leaving behind a legacy of memorable performances.
