James Rebhorn Biography
James Robert Rebhorn (September 1, 1948 – March 21, 2014) was an American character actor known for his appearances in over 100 films, television series, and plays. He had recurring roles in the series White Collar and Homeland at the time of his death. Rebhorn's notable film credits include Scent of a Woman, The Game, Carlito's Way, Independence Day, My Cousin Vinny, and Meet the Parents. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Rebhorn moved to Anderson, Indiana, as a child and graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1966. He attended Wittenberg University, where he studied political science and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. After graduating in 1970, Rebhorn pursued a successful career in acting.
