Jan Pearson

Jan Pearson is an English actress born on April 12, 1959, in Wollaston, West Midlands. She initially pursued a career in stage productions before making her television debut in 1999 as Kath Fox in the BBC medical drama Holby City. Pearson left the show in 2004 and returned to theater. Later, she joined the BBC soap opera Doctors, portraying the character Karen Hollins. Her performance in Doctors earned her the Best On-Screen Partnership award twice at the British Soap Awards in 2010 and 2023, alongside Chris Walker. Pearson departed from Doctors in 2023. She attended High Park School and Kidderminster College, studying biology before pursuing a career in acting.
