Jana Marie Hupp

Jana Marie Hupp (born April 2, 1964) is an American actress. She was born in Spokane, Washington and studied at the North Carolina School of the Arts and Western Washington University. Hupp began her acting career on stage in theatre productions in Seattle before moving to Los Angeles. Her feature film debut was in 1985's Vision Quest. Hupp has appeared in various television shows including Knots Landing, Brooklyn South, and Friends, where she played the character Mindy Hunter-Farber. She has also made two appearances on Star Trek: The Next Generation. Hupp is best known for her role as Nancy Burton on the NBC television program Ed.
