Jane Kean

Jane Kean (April 10, 1923 – November 26, 2013) was an American actress and singer. With a career spanning seven decades, she made a name for herself in various forms of entertainment, including nightclubs, recordings, radio, television, Broadway, and films. She gained recognition for her roles as Trixie Norton on The Jackie Gleason Show and for her voice work as Belle in Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol. In addition, Kean, along with her sister Betty Kean, formed a successful comedy duo that performed in nightclubs and on Broadway. She studied acting under Sanford Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse. Kean's talent and versatility made her a respected figure in the entertainment industry.
