Jason Beghe
Jason Deneen Beghe (born March 12, 1960) is an American actor known for his roles in film and television. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Sergeant Hank Voight in the NBC TV series Chicago P.D. since 2014. Some of his notable film appearances include the 1988 George A. Romero film Monkey Shines, G.I. Jane, and Thelma & Louise. Beghe has also had recurring roles on various TV shows such as Picket Fences, Melrose Place, and Californication. He is a former Scientologist who joined the Church in 1994 but left in 2007 and has since been critical of the organization. Beghe was born and raised in New York City and comes from a diverse heritage of Italian, German, English, and French Canadian ancestry.
