Jason Eric Kessler (born September 22, 1983) is an American neo-Nazi, white supremacist, and antisemitic conspiracy theorist. He is known for organizing the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017 and the Unite the Right 2 rally in 2018. Kessler is a supporter of neo-Nazism, far-right politics, and the alt-right. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2009. Prior to his involvement in political extremism, Kessler held various working-class jobs. He was a supporter of Democrats and held liberal views until 2008, including voting for Barack Obama and engaging in activism with the Occupy movement.
