Jason Kravits

Jason Kravits (born May 28, 1967) is an American actor best known for his role as A.D.A. Richard Bay on ABC's The Practice. Born in Passaic, New Jersey, Kravits moved to Rockville, Maryland, where he attended Colonel Zadok A. Magruder High School. He co-founded the improv group Erasable Inc. while studying at the University of Maryland, College Park. Kravits began his acting career in 1980, landing his first professional role on the PBS series Powerhouse. He later performed in theaters in the Washington, D.C. area, including the Washington Jewish Theater, Shakespeare Theater, and Round House Theater. Kravits has been nominated for two Helen Hayes Awards for his performances in various plays.
