Jay Arlen Jones Biography
Jay Arlen Jones is an American film and television actor, born on March 8, 1954, in Los Angeles, California. He has been active in the entertainment industry since the early 1980s. Jones is best known for his role as Occam, an African-American slave who becomes a Patriot fighter in the Revolutionary War epic film, The Patriot (2000). He also appeared as Leon in Eight Legged Freaks (2001) and in the short film Nines and the television film The Least Among You (2009). Jones has made appearances in TV shows such as Tour of Duty, L.A. Law, Dallas, and Knots Landing. Since 2009, he has not appeared onscreen.
