Jay Paulson is an American actor and poet. He was born in New York City and later moved to Los Angeles with his family. He graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in History and is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio. Paulson's first major television role was as Sean, Zoe's boyfriend, in the comedy series Cybill. He appeared in ten episodes of Season 2 and returned for a couple of episodes in Season 3. He has also appeared in films such as Rust Creek, Rolling Kansas, Go, Can't Hardly Wait, and Imaginary Heroes. Paulson is best known for his portrayal of Adam Whitman, Don Draper's long lost brother, on the AMC series Mad Men. He also played Chaplain Tappman in George Clooney's remake of Catch-22. Paulson has worked closely with Gerry Fialka and appeared in his films, 'The Brother Side of the Wake' and 'The Mother Side of the Wake'. He is married to Co.
