Jay Pharoah, born Jared Antonio Farrow on October 14, 1987, is an American stand-up comedian and actor. He gained recognition as a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live from 2010 to 2016. Pharoah, originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, discovered his talent for impersonations at a young age and began performing them at six years old.
