Jay Simpson Biography
Jay-Alistaire Frederick Simpson (born 1 December 1988) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward. He started his career at Arsenal Academy but never played a league game for the club, instead going on loan to Millwall, West Bromwich Albion, and Queens Park Rangers. In 2010, he joined Hull City and later had a spell with Buriram United in Thailand, winning the 2014 Kor Royal Cup. Simpson returned to England with Leyton Orient before playing two years with Philadelphia Union in Major League Soccer. He then re-signed with Orient. Born in Enfield, London, Simpson began his football journey with Norwich City before joining Arsenal at the age of nine.
