Jayne Trcka

Jayne Marie Trcka (born February 27, 1963) is an American female bodybuilder, fitness model, and actress. She began her fitness journey in Southern California in 1986, where she started weight training and eventually competed in bodybuilding shows. In 1998, she left her job with the postal service to focus on her fitness career and became a certified personal trainer. Trcka made her acting debut in 2000 with a role in the film 'Scary Movie'. Alongside her acting pursuits, she continues to participate in bodybuilding shows and has achieved first-place wins at the California State Championships, Junior Nationals, and the Los Angeles competitions. Trcka has also been featured in various muscle and fitness magazines.
