Jeanne Tripplehorn is an American actress known for her versatile performances on both stage and screen. Born on June 10, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she began her acting career in the early 1990s, making a notable Broadway debut in Anton Chekhov's Three Sisters. Tripplehorn gained wider recognition with her role as a police psychologist in the acclaimed erotic thriller Basic Instinct (1992).
