Jeff Kober

Jeff Kober (born December 18, 1953) is an American actor known for his television roles as Dodger in China Beach, Jacob Hale Jr. in Sons of Anarchy, and Joe in the fourth season of The Walking Dead. He has also appeared in movies such as Out of Bounds (1986), The First Power (1990), One Tough Bastard (1995), and A Man Apart (2003). In February 2020, Kober joined the cast of ABC's General Hospital as Cyrus Renault, for which he won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2022. Kober was born in Billings, Montana, and moved to Los Angeles where he studied acting with Ed Kaye-Martin.
