Jenna Elfman, born Jennifer Mary Elfman on September 30, 1971, is an American actress known for her work in both television and film. She gained widespread recognition for her leading role as Dharma on the ABC sitcom Dharma & Greg (1997–2002), for which she won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy in 1999. Elfman has also appeared in notable films such as Grosse Pointe Blank (1997), Dr. Dolittle (1998), and Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003). In addition to her television success, she has played leading roles in various TV comedies, including Courting Alex (2006), Accidentally on Purpose (2009–2010), and Imaginary Mary (2017).
