Jenna Johnson
Jenna Leigh Johnson is an American former competition swimmer and Olympic gold medalist. Born on September 11, 1967, she gained prominence at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. At the age of 16, she represented the United States and won three medals: a gold medal in the women's 4×100-meter freestyle relay, a gold medal in the 4×100-meter medley relay, and a silver medal in the 100-meter butterfly. Johnson attended Ursuline High School and swam for the Santa Rosa Neptunes Swim Club in Santa Rosa. She later set national and D1 records while attending Whittier Christian High School. With an athletic scholarship, she swam for the Stanford Cardinal while studying at Stanford University.
