Jennifer Darling Biography
Jennifer Darling, born Joan Darling on June 19, 1946, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is an American voice, film, and television actress. She is best known for her role as Peggy Callahan in The Six Million Dollar Man and its spin-off The Bionic Woman. With an extensive career in anime, Darling has lent her voice to characters such as Ayeka in the English dub of Tenchi Muyo and Nora in Astro Boy. She has also appeared in other animated series including Blood+, Hello Kitty, and Aladdin. Darling began her artistic journey at a young age, taking dancing classes at the age of 3 and performing on The Original Amateur Hour at 14. She attended Carnegie Tech and married Paul Itkin before graduating, with whom she has a daughter. To avoid confusion with another actress named Joan Darling, she changed her name for professional purposes.
